At Nativecos Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return policy is designed to make the process simple and stress-free.
Eligibility
This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from nativecos.com.
If you purchased Nativecos products from an authorized retailer, please refer to that retailer’s return policy.
Return Window
You may initiate a return within 14 days of your order delivery date.
Product Condition
To qualify for a return, products must be:

Unopened and unused

In their original packaging

Sealed with all labels intact
Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact our support team at nativecos.us@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Our team will provide detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

The item was received damaged or defective, or

There was a fulfillment error on our part.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 2–5 business days.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Nativecos error.
